I think I am dying...there is so much pressure on my sinuses. I cannot even think straight let alone say anything witty or inspirational today. Sorry to disappoint.
P.S. Why is it so hard to put sheets on cribs? I literally am sweating as I sit here...had to take my shirt off to finish the task. Completely obnoxious.

Pressure
I have a feeling only a (small) handful of people have ever visited this blog, and an even smaller handful of people will continue to visit it after reading the posts. Recently, Sarah began pressuring me to start blogging again, on account of my love of writing. Fine fine fine...I'll be honest I have some amounts of free time every day; why not blog? So, for the few people who will follow this blog (mom, Sarah, Emily, and, on occassion, Allison), I hope it lives up to expectations. I also hope that this effort at blogging proves more successful than the first; I have not posted anything since 2007.
Here's the issue. Do I even have anything to talk about every day? I could treat this like a diary, however, then the people who love me most in the world will probably think I'm nuts or something. Believe me: if you knew my inner-most thoughts, you'd probably think differently of me.
The latest in the Ten Have saga--Cash is finally sleeping in his big boy bed! We have had the dang thing up for a least a month and were too chicken-poop to put him in it. I had all these nightmares about him wandering around his room at all hours of the night and him wandering into the kitchen to get a snack while the rest of us slept peacefully on. So the other night we finally just did it, and he did great.
Isn't that the way with life...you worry about something forever and then you finally see the outcome and you realize it wasn't worth the worry. Time not well wasted.
Tomorrow I head to the OB for my 35 week visit...I am so sure my baby will measure somewhere in the 44 week range. What is it with me and gargantuan babies? I mean really? I'll let you know how that goes tomorrow.

Early Saturday Morning
Babies have no concept of days of the week. I know. It seems like an obvious statement. It becomes a reality, however, when your baby wakes up at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Go back to sleep, I want to say. It's Saturday baby, I want to say. Weekends are for sleeping that extra hour, I want to say. But how exactly, do you relay that to an eight month old? Answer: You don't. You get up, you make the coffee, and you begin your day as early as you begin any other day.
But you know what? It's during mornings like these that I realize how quickly time has flown. I realize that my Cash is already eight months old and isn't getting any younger. So no, he doesn't know the difference between Tuesday morning and Saturday. But you know what? I'm glad. I'm really glad.

This is all new to me!
Well y'all...
This is the first time I have ever BLOGGED so I have no idea what I am doing! I was looking at other people's blogs and decided it sounded like fun! So here I am. This will represent our little family (Cash, Ryan, and me) but I think I will be doing most, if not all, of the posting. Ryan is not quite on top of things like this! Gotta love him!
Let me start by giving an udpate on life for the Ten Have family. Ryan and I met at Bethany Beach, which is a Christian organization located in Sawyer, Michigan. We had been aware of each other our entire lives but didn't fall in love until the summer of 2004. We got engaged the next spring and married the next fall (October 1, 2005).
And then there were three... Cash Ryan Ten Have was born on February 19, 2007. He is the most amazing precious child and I cannot begin to tell you how he has changed our lives! I will post pictures of him all the time so you can see how much he changes every day.
So there we go...our first post. I need to go figuure out how to upload pictures. Welcome to our blog!
